-
Commercial motor vehicles while similar to a regular
passenger vehicle in many ways have very distinct
handling dynamics and capabilities which are markedly
different from that of a regular passenger vehicle
as most are articulated vehicles.
- These
vehicles have differing braking efficiencies and handling
issues due to their size, weight and design.
- The
propensity for these vehicles to rollover is much
greater than that of a normal passenger vehicle which
is tied to the vehicles weight, dimensions, speed
and turning radius.
- Each
unit has several axles which affects the turning radii
of the vehicle and how the vehicle handles while traveling
on a roadway.
- Mr.
Brown has attended specialized training in this field
and has organized and participated in field testing
of these vehicles.
